How does personalization work?
For our ready-made personalized songs, you will choose from our available name list and receive the version created with that name. The song itself stays the same; the personalization is the name. For a Fully Custom Song, the song is created specifically around the person and occasion. You can share names, memories, personality, meaningful details, music preferences, and anything else you would like included.

What if I do not see the name I need?
If the name you need is not included in our ready-made name list, you can order a Custom Name Version. This uses the same song and lyrics as the ready-made version, but we create a new recording using the name you request.

A Custom Name Version is different from a Fully Custom Song. The Custom Name Version changes the name only, while a Fully Custom Song is created around your own details, story, and preferences.

Can I include more than one name in Santa Knows Your Name?
Yes. Santa Knows Your Name can be created with one, two, or three names, making it a sweet option for siblings, couples, or families who want to share the magic.

Can Birthday or Halloween songs include more than one name?
At this time, our Birthday and Halloween personalized songs are created for one name.

What is a Fully Custom Song?
A Fully Custom Song is created around the person and moment you are celebrating. You can share names, the occasion, favorite memories, meaningful details, the style of music you love, and anything else you would like woven into the song.

How long does a Fully Custom Song take?
Fully Custom Songs are typically delivered within 3–5 business days. Each one is created with care, so we want to make sure it feels as special as the person it is made for.

Are Made About You products digital?
Yes. Our products are delivered digitally, so there is nothing to wait for in the mail. You can enjoy, share, play, print, or save your gift once it arrives.

How will I receive my order?
Your order will be delivered electronically using the email address provided at checkout. You will receive everything you need to enjoy your personalized gift.

What are the Digital Occasion Packs?
Our Digital Occasion Packs are optional collections of five personalized digital keepsakes. Each pack is designed for a special occasion, such as Christmas, birthdays, or Halloween. These digital items can be downloaded, printed, shared, or saved as special memories. Songs are sold separately.

Can I give a Made About You gift to someone else?
Absolutely. Your digital gift will be delivered to the email address used at checkout, and you can easily forward or share it with the recipient when the moment is right.

Can I play the song at a party or celebration?
Absolutely. Play it at a party, send it as a surprise, include it in a special moment, or save it as a keepsake to enjoy again later.

Can I request changes to a Fully Custom Song?
Because each custom song is created from the details you provide, we recommend sharing everything that matters most when placing your order. If there is an issue with your finished song or something important was missed, please contact us and we will be happy to help.

Do you offer refunds?
Because Made About You creates personalized digital products, orders are generally non-refundable once creation has begun or the personalized product has been delivered. If there is an error with your order or a technical issue with your files, please contact us so we can make it right.
